Celebrate and empower Bay Area Pilipino artists with Kularts at 2 Blocks of Art & Yerba Buena Night!

The 4th Annual 2 Blocks of Art celebrates San Francisco’s Central Market arts scene, presenting a neighborhood full of culture and creativity. As one of the collaborators, Kularts will feature a roster of artists including:
→ Live music from urban violinist Corey CryWolffs!
→ Live illustration demo from cartoonist and featured Kwentohan artist Trinidad Escobar
→ Live demo from the members of the Laga, CA Circle – led by master weaver Jenny Bawer Young.
→ Exhibiting bird sketches from artist Claire F. Meyler
→ Artist and educator Paolo Salazar will sell custom t-shirts and his zine, “Fruit Bowl”
→ Lead Kodakan artist and filmmaker Wilfred Galila will exhibit some of his favorite pieces from the Kularts Kodakan exhibition

The following day Kularts will participate in the 4th Annual Yerba Buena Night.
The free outdoor arts festival features over 40 performances on 5 stages throughout Jessie Square, Yerba Buena Lane, the Yerba Buena Center of the Arts, Annie Street Plaza.
This year Kularts will premiere an exclusive sneak preview of Maség Typhoon at Yerba Buena Lane, 6:40 PM.
